Version 4 has many new improvements. Most significantly the software now has the ability to record payment received against an invoice. A room scheduling feature with conflict checking has been added. A ToDo list feature has also been added in which a person adds an item and an email message is sent when that item has been completed. The Web version now has a PDF reporting feature. In addition, the HTML template feature allows you to modify the general look of the web pages the software generates. Finally, a special conduit is now available to synchronize appointment data between Pro Schedule Client/Server and the Palm Datebook using an Internet connection.
